About Abisola
Abisola Oladapo is an enterprise transformation executive, product leader, and healthcare innovator working at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and organizational intelligence.
Her career spans engineering at Microsoft and Medtronic, complex global operations, maternal-health entrepreneurship, and enterprise healthcare transformation at McKinsey & Company, where she led multidisciplinary product teams whose work contributed to more than $1 billion in value creation across healthcare engagements, including more than $800 million in margin impact for a major healthcare client.
Today, she is building Agnes Platforms, an AI-enabled Clinical Intelligence platform for maternal care; leading enterprise transformation work through CoreLoop Advisory; contributing to global health through WHO advisory leadership; and developing Enterprise Intelligence Systems™, an emerging framework exploring how organizations integrate AI, human expertise, governance, and learning to make better decisions.
Her work is united by one question: how do we build organizations and systems that become more intelligent over time?
