Agnes began in Nigeria as a maternal-health venture and was later reimagined for the United States as an AI-enabled Clinical Intelligence platform — exploring how longitudinal engagement, responsible AI, and clinician-centered decision support can surface emerging risk earlier.

Founded before McKinsey to improve maternal-health information, engagement, and access to care. The early work reached approximately 5,000 women and revealed a deeper challenge: some of the most consequential changes in a patient's health happen outside the moments the healthcare system can see.
Reimagined · United States
Agnes Platforms — U.S. Maternal Care
After McKinsey, Agnes was reimagined — not continued — as an AI-enabled Clinical Intelligence platform. It explores how longitudinal patient engagement, clinical context, responsible AI, and human expertise can support earlier visibility into emerging maternal risk.
