The most durable advantage in the intelligence age is not a model, a platform, or a proprietary dataset. It is an organization that has learned how to translate intelligence — machine and human — into judgment. Judgment into decisions. Decisions into outcomes. And outcomes into learning that improves the next decision.
That is a capability, not a project. It is developed the way any serious capability is developed — deliberately, over years, with the same rigor a great engineering organization applies to reliability or a great clinical organization applies to safety.
My work has always sat at the intersection of ambition and rigor. Ambitious in what emerging technology should make possible. Rigorous about what it takes for an organization to actually get there — the governance, the product craft, the scientific expertise, the human learning, the leadership.
